Art and Culture Foundation Maasgouw (in short: KCM) will be distinctive, original, accessible and locally focused .. Art and culture is seen in the broadest sense of the word, where much is possible and little impossible. This two-day event will be organized on the basis of a guiding theme, which recurs in all the activities in the cores.
